 Bauerfeind EpiTrain Elbow Support is an active support with reduced compression at the edges to help reduce the risk of circulation problems around the elbow and upper arm area. Considered one of the most popular elbow supports, the EpiTrain Tennis Elbow Support features two contoured silicone inserts that keep the bones in the elbow pressure–free. Intermittent compression by the EpiTrain Elbow Support provides increased circulation, which aids in the reduction of any swelling. The EpiTrain Elbow Support is a lightweight, breathable knit that will not retain heat. Worn by many professional athletes, the tennis elbow support is used to help treat such conditions as lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow), post elbow athroscopy, and elbow strains and sprains. This tennis elbow support is machine washable.

Size of Tennis Elbow Support is determined by loosely measuring the circumference of the arm, with the arm slightly bent, at 4¾ inches below the lateral elbow bone.
