If ankle pain and swelling are your problem, the ankle support, MalleoTrain, is the most popular ankle support from Bauerfeind that will help treat it. The ankle support is a lightweight, breathable knit that has a silicone insert to provide intermittent compression to help increase circulation in the ankle and is pressure–free for comfort. The result can be a reduction in swelling and more comfort during sports or everyday activities. The ankle support also promotes a heightened sensory awareness and balance (proprioception) that results in better ankle stability. It does not retain heat and is completely machine washable.
